BJ and Jane Ogle have dreamed about starting their own business for several years.  When the opportunity arose in the summer of 2022, they took a leap of faith and began the process of forming Pro Pumping and Grading.  BJ was raised in Polk County and lives on the farm that his great-grandfather and grandfather started.  He has worked for over 16 years in the water and sewer maintenance and repair business. This made opening up the business an easy decision and passion for him.  

He loves helping others, working hard for his family and the ability to make his own schedule.  He is a proud husband and father to Bryson and Macie.  Bryson was born with a rare brain disorder called Lissencephly.  He is chronically medically complex and requires in home nursing. By making this career change, it now allows BJ the opportunity to spend more time with his family and do what he loves.

He also has a passion for farming and raising organic beef cattle. He learned how to run a tractor at the age of 5.  Now, Macie is learning the ropes too and loves working with her daddy. BJ can run any piece of equipment you put in front of him.  He is proficient in grading gravel drive-ways and repairs, bush-hogging, tractor and mini-excavator work. He is honest and fair and will give 110% when taking care of his customers.  

Jane is now a stay at home mom and the managing (behind the scenes) partner of Pro Pumping and Grading.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude from NC State University with a degree in Leadership in Public Sector and Non-Profits.  She has 20+ years experience as a corporate insurance broker who made customer service her #1 priority.  She is proud of all her husband has accomplished and will assist in the every day tasks of operating the business.
